OUR APPROACH

Each patient has their own story and their own goals.  Our approach and number one goal is to help you reach your goals.  We know we can’t do that by providing the same exact treatment plan that we gave to the patient before you.  That’s why each patient receives a customized treatment plan to fit their needs and goals.

WELLNESS VS MEDICAL CARE

The human body is wired to heal itself, but sometimes there can be interference that disrupts that “wiring.”  We know this because our bodies will set off an alarm by means of pain and disease. Chiropractic care is designed to facilitate the human body’s natural ability to heal itself. No surgery, no drugs.

EFFECTS OF CHIROPRACTIC CARE

The number one goal is always pain relief.  However, we look into what is causing that pain.  After all, if we just fan the smoke detector (pain) and don’t put out the fire (what’s causing the pain), we’ll never truly help you get rid of your pain.  Therefore, the effects of chiropractic care go far beyond pain relief!  You can look forward to moving better, sleeping better, a better quality of life, and so much more!

CHIROPRACTIC EDUCATION

We love patient education. We find that the more our patients understand the why behind the how, the better the results they will see.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Chiropractors are professionally trained experts who help alleviate pains in different parts of the body. These are mostly associated with the spine and neck and the back. As a result, these professional individuals are safe for neck pain.

Chiropractors provide a solution for neck pain through a chiropractic treatment plan. The end result of the which is getting rid of the pain. However, after having one or two or even a few sessions with the chiropractor might not offer complete pain relief. You will have to stay patient and wait for the treatment to end before you can fully enjoy results.

Chiropractors should be your first choice when seeking a medical professional for neck pain. They are specially trained in treating neck, back and other types of pain in the body. After consulting a chiropractor, they will be able to tell you whether you need chiropractic care, which is most likely in case of neck pain, or the services of an osteopath.

Spinal decompression is safe, especially when compared with surgeries and other medicinal drugs. Although it varies for different patients, it is considered to be more or less safe for most of them. However, if you are pregnant, have artificial discs or broken vertebrae, you might have to consult a doctor before going for the therapy.

There is no set time for spinal decompression therapy, as it varies according to the condition of the patient. On average, it might take somewhere between 8 to 10 sittings before you feel a positive change in your body. For others, it might take over 20 sessions before they feel a difference.

Spinal decompression helps patients reduce spinal pain that might be caused due to bulging discs or other reasons.

For the most part, it is not painful at all. Some patients even sleep during the therapy session as it is so relaxing for most of the time. However, it also varies according to the doctor and the method used for therapy.

There is no definite answer to the question. However, there are plenty of exercises and remedies that you can try to help lessen lower back pain. You can try the ones that suit you the best. Also, if the pain persists, it is highly recommended that you get an appointment with the doctor.

There are plenty of remedies and exercises that you can do at home to minimize back pain. For instance, work out your core muscles and hamstrings and get adequate restorative sleep every night. Also, prevent doing tasks that hurt your back and take brief rests in between.

You can get rid of back pain quickly by resting enough to relax your muscles. You can also eat over-the-counter medicines to reduce the pain and exercise regularly to improve blood flow as well.

There is no definite answer to the question. However, if the problem is not so serious, it may go away within a week. If the problem is severe, it may last well over a month! So, try out the remedies and activities to help relieve some of the pain. If nothing helps, go to a doctor!

There are several home remedies to relieve neck pain, for example, do hot/cold therapy, give yourself some rest, keep stretching and doing light neck exercises, eat over the counter pain killers, use phone less often, don’t shake your head suddenly and try to keep a good posture at all times.

If the neck pain is very minimal, chances are it will heal by itself with just a little bit of care. However, if it is severe, you may have to take some steps to prevent it from worsening over time and healing.
